Dear visitors,
We're glad to launch this resource for you. Hopefully it will be helpful for all ORM users on .NET platform. We'll do our best to make it more and more attractive.
Please remember: likely, the test suite published here has some lacks related to particular ORM tools. That's because software is complex, and we're only humans. And although we've tried to do our best, we could make a mistake. Moreover, while we know well some ORM tools and have very good background related to ORM tools and databases, we could fail with some particular ORM - simply because of some unusual feature in its design. We hope to get in touch with the vendors of ORM products tested here during the nearest weeks to eliminate all possible issues ASAP, if they'll be found.
Thus consider the results shown here as preliminary ones for now.
Btw, you can help us as well, if you deeply know one of these ORM products (e.g. NHibernate) - just download the code and check it for any performance related lacks.
Kind regards and welcome,
ORMBattle.NET Team - Alexis Kochetov, Alex Kofman, Dmitry Maximov, Alex Yakunin.
